This Privacy Policy explains how RORO Technology LLC, doing business as Blocksfinity (“Blocksfinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use BlocksfinityCreate (the account-creation portal) and related services. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

BlocksfinityCreate is designed as a non-custodial account-creation interface. Unless expressly stated otherwise: • we do not custody tokens; • we do not collect private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords; • we do not sell personal information for money; • we do not use your email or public keys for targeted advertising based on wallet profiling.

A. Information you provide — email and profile data from Google or Apple Sign-In (when you choose to sign in); account name you select; owner/active public keys you submit for creation; support messages you send. B. Payment information — Stripe (and partners such as PayPal or Link) process payment details. We receive payment status, limited customer details (such as email), and transaction metadata needed to fulfill your order. We do not store full payment card numbers. C. Automatically collected data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URL, diagnostics, cookies/local storage identifiers, and similar technical data. D. Blockchain data — account names, public keys, and creation-related on-chain records may be public and permanent once broadcast.

We use information to operate account creation; verify free-account eligibility; process payments and issue tickets; prevent abuse and fraud; provide support; secure and improve the Service; comply with law; and enforce our Terms. We do not use private keys because we do not collect them.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service, including authentication providers (Google, Apple), payment processors (Stripe and partners), email providers, hosting/CDN/security providers, blockchain infrastructure, and professional advisors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions (session, language, ticket continuity), security, and—where enabled—analytics. See the Cookie Policy for details.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, abuse prevention, support, and legal compliance. Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely on the network.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your devices, wallets, and private keys.

Blocksfinity is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Rights may not apply to public blockchain data in the same way. To exercise rights, email contact@rorotechnology.io. Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas privacy law.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
