Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid blockchain account-creation products sold through BlocksfinityCreate and processed by Stripe.

Account creation is a digital service. Once a creation ticket is issued or an on-chain account is created, the service has been substantially performed.

Except where required by law: • payments are generally non-refundable after a valid creation ticket has been issued or an account has been created on-chain; • we do not refund because you lost private keys, chose an undesired account name, selected the wrong network, or changed your mind after creation; • if checkout charged you but fulfillment failed due to a verifiable Blocksfinity system error (no ticket issued and no account created), contact us promptly for investigation and a possible refund or re-fulfillment. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may delay resolution.

Email contact@rorotechnology.io with your payment receipt email, approximate time of purchase, and any ticket or transaction references. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
