Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BlocksfinityCreate, the Blocksfinity account-creation portal, including free and paid blockchain account creation, OAuth sign-in, payment checkout, ticket issuance, and related interfaces (the “Service”). The Service is operated by RORO Technology LLC, doing business as Blocksfinity (“Blocksfinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Service, signing in, claiming a free account, purchasing an account, submitting public keys, choosing an account name, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BlocksfinityCreate helps eligible users create blockchain accounts on supported Antelope-family networks. Depending on eligibility and product configuration, you may: • claim a limited free account after authenticating with Google or Apple; or • purchase an account through Stripe Checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Link). Account creation requires a valid creation ticket and owner/active public keys supplied by your wallet. BlocksfinityCreate is a non-custodial interface: we do not generate, store, or recover your private keys or seed phrases.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting for any sanctioned jurisdiction, person, or entity, or if your use would violate applicable law, including sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, or fraud laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that creating and using a blockchain account is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Blockchain accounts are created on a public network. Once created, account names, public keys, and related metadata may be permanently recorded on-chain. Unless expressly stated otherwise: • Blocksfinity does not custody your tokens or control your wallet; • Blocksfinity does not collect, store, or have access to private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords; • Blocksfinity cannot reverse on-chain account creation or recover lost keys; • you alone control the keys you supply and any subsequent on-chain actions. Never share private keys or seed phrases with Blocksfinity or anyone claiming to represent Blocksfinity.

Paid account creation is processed by Stripe and its payment partners. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes where applicable. By paying, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount. Account creation fees are charges for digital goods/services. Delivery occurs when a creation ticket is issued and/or an on-chain account is created. See the Refund Policy for refund rules.

Free accounts, when offered, are limited. Eligibility may depend on email identity, prior claims, product configuration, and anti-abuse controls. We may deny, revoke eligibility for, or change free-account programs at any time. Free does not mean risk-free: on-chain creation remains irreversible and key custody remains your responsibility.

New accounts may receive or later obtain CPU, NET, and RAM through network rules or Blocksfinity Resource Provider cosigning/power-up services. Resource markets and network rules can change. We do not guarantee that any account will remain usable, funded, or resource-sufficient after creation.

Blockchain activity involves significant risk. You understand that transactions may be irreversible; displayed data may be delayed or inaccurate; wallets, RPCs, contracts, and networks may fail; and digital assets or accounts may become inaccessible. Blocksfinity cannot reverse, cancel, modify, or guarantee blockchain outcomes once submitted.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to create an account, buy tokens, or use any network. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks before proceeding.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting fraud, abusing free-account eligibility, scraping or overloading systems, interfering with security, impersonating others, or using the Service for unlawful activity. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

The Service relies on third parties such as Google, Apple, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, hosting providers, blockchain nodes, and wallet software. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Blocksfinity is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or outcomes.

BlocksfinityCreate branding, UI, software, and content are owned by Blocksfinity, RORO Technology LLC, or their licensors. You may use the Service for lawful personal or business account-creation purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKSFINITY AND RORO TECHNOLOGY LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKSFINITY, RORO TECHNOLOGY LLC, AND THEIR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF TOKENS, KEYS, DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO BLOCKSFINITY FOR THE SPECIFIC ACCOUNT-CREATION PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blocksfinity and RORO Technology LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your keys or on-chain activity, your violation of these Terms or law, or your misuse of free or paid account creation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
